$15 per notarized signature (the California maximum) plus a flat $40 travel fee within 15 miles of Westminster. One signature at your location typically totals $55. Beyond 15 miles, we quote your travel fee before booking — agreed in advance, never a surprise.

What does the signer need to have ready?▾
A valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) and the unsigned document. Do not sign beforehand — the signature must happen in front of the notary.
Do you go to hospitals and senior care facilities?▾
Yes — hospital, nursing home, and assisted-living visits are among our most common mobile requests, often for powers of attorney and medical authorizations. Important: the signer must be alert, aware of what they are signing, willing to sign, and have valid photo ID. Please confirm this before booking so the visit isn't wasted.
Do you offer evening and weekend visits?▾
Yes — evening and weekend mobile visits are available by appointment. The after-hours travel fee is a flat $60 within 15 miles of Westminster (instead of the $40 daytime rate), still just $15 per notarized signature. Locations beyond 15 miles are quoted up front.
